Below you will find a list of the most common questions we do get.
If your question is not listed please contact us and we will reply to you as soon as possible.


Are detailed product specifications available from all products offered?

Yes, for all new products we have detailed specifications available.
Most of them we have in printed format as well as in PDF format.


Does TTMS have all products available for evaluation?

We do have the possibility to demonstrate most of the equipment.
Partly based on our own demonstration stock and partly based on the demonstration stock available from the supplier. We can not guarantee that all equipment is available for demonstration purposes.
For special offers we can make special arrangements.


Is all equipment available for rent or lease?

No. Once again we have to look at your application to see what the best available solution will be.


Does TTMS have their own system integration department?

No. We work with specialist partners for system integration.
Depending on your application we will advice you a certain partner, or we will even work as the main contractor.


Does TTMS have their own repair and calibration department?

Yes. But this does not mean that we repair and calibrate all equipment provided ourselves. Some equipment is sent back to the manufacturer and other equipment can be sent to our partners for repair and/or calibration.


Does TTMS have all the special offers in stock?

No. We provide a service for special offers for our suppliers and customers. Demonstration equipment and refurbished equipment from our suppliers is offered, but also sure plus equipment from our customers. All equipment is offered with a 3 month warranty period and includes the standard accessories. We do not guarantee the availability of the special offers. Sales is on a first come first serve bases.


Is there a price list available?

Of course all prices are known at our location. But based on price changes from the manufacturer and probably even more important today, the exchange rate from our non-European suppliers, prices will vary a lot. That is why we do not send price lists. If you want to know actual prices please contact our sales department. They can also quote you prices and these are fixed for 30 days.


Is it possible to have on-site support for all your products?

Yes. In some cases our own support team can help you out and in other cases we will arrange support from the manufacturer or a third party. On-site support is normally not free of charge.
